A simple breathing exercise.

  1. Find a comfortable area and sit
  2. As you exhale, say “one” to yourself
  3. Then count “two” and “three” as you exhale
  4. When you get to “five” start over.

If your mind starts to wander, that’s normal. Just keep counting and try to do this exercise for 5 mins.
