Consider the Pomodoro Technique, a time management system in which you divide your work into short 25 minute intervals. When time is up, take a 5 minute break. Yes, it actually works.

💰 Finance
Check out Cardano (Ticker: ADA). It has long been my favorite crypto. A short video by the Wall Street Journal explains how Cardano can solve many challenges facing the sector.

💼 Portfolio Career
Meet Sami Hakala. He works at a video gaming company in Finland. He’s also a musician and coach: “You waste time, you waste life.” Look at his daily schedule.

🎵 Music
Listen to Open World by Chad Lefkowitz -Brown. It features 30 musicians from 23 different countries. And it includes remarkable guests like Randy Brecker and Arturo Sandoval. My favorite track is “Spain.” Learn about Chad’s practice routine.

📚 Books
Read Forgiving What You Can’t Forget by Lysa TerKeurst. What a powerful and helpful book. Learn how to move on when the other person refuses to change and never says they’re sorry. Disempower the triggers hijacking your emotions by embracing the two necessary parts of forgiveness.

 🙏🏽 Meditate
A simple breathing exercise.

  1. Find a comfortable area and sit
  2. As you exhale, say “one” to yourself
  3. Then count “two” and “three” as you exhale
  4. When you get to “five” start over.

If your mind starts to wander, that’s normal. Just keep counting and try to do this exercise for 5 mins.
