  1. Welcome to The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success 5:52

Music: Contentment from the album BLISS by Paul Avgerinos

Additional female vocals by Aureliaslight

Although this recording is called The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, it could also be called The Seven Spiritual Laws of Life, because these are the same principles that nature uses to create

everything in material existence – everything we can see, hear, smell, taste or touch.

Success in life could be defined as the continued expansion of happiness and the progressive realization of worthy goals. And yet success, including the creation of wealth, has always been thought of as a process that requires hard work, and is often considered to be at the expense of others. We need a more spiritual approach to success and affluence, which is the abundant flow of all good things to you. With the knowledge and practice of spiritual law, we put ourselves in harmony with nature and create with carefree joy and love.

Before defining The Seven Spiritual Laws, let us understand the concept of law. Law is the process by which the unmanifest becomes the manifest: All of creation, everything that exists in the physical world, is the result of the unmanifest transforming itself into the manifest.

Allow the meditative music that plays with each selection to help you absorb The Seven Spiritual Laws on a subliminal, subconscious level.

  1. The Law of Pure Potentiality 6:57

Music: Formless from the album Mindfulness by Paul Avgerinos

Additional female vocals by Aureliaslight

The source of all creation is pure consciousness – Pure potentiality seeking expression from the unmanifest to the manifest. And when we realize that our true Self is one of pure potentiality, we align with the power that manifests everything in the universe. This law is based on the fact that we are, in our essential state, pure consciousness. Pure consciousness is pure potentiality; it is the field of all possibilities and infinite creativity. Pure consciousness is our spiritual essence.

Being infinite and unbounded, it is also pure joy. Other attributes of consciousness are pure knowledge, infinite silence, perfect balance, invincibility, simplicity and bliss. This is our essential true nature. Our essential nature is one of pure potentiality.

When you discover your essential nature and know who you really are, in that knowing itself is the ability to fulfill any dream you have, because you are the eternal possibility, the immeasurable potential of all that was, is, and will be. The Law of Pure Potentiality could also be called the law of unity, because underlying the infinite diversity of life is the unity of one all-pervasive spirit. There is no separation between you and this field of energy. The field of pure potentiality is your own Self. And the more you experience your true nature, the closer you are to the field of pure potentiality.

Make a commitment to put The Law of Pure Potentiality into effect by meditating, communing with nature and practicing non-judgment every day as much as is possible. Meditate with the music now and just Be: quiet, content, and deeply at peace.

  1. Meditation on The Law of Pure Potentiality 7:25

Music: Fertile Soil of Peace from the album BLISS by Paul Avgerinos

Additional female vocals by Aureliaslight

Who you are? When you are mindfully aware of any experience, any experience: color, form, shape, sound, sensation, image, feeling or thought: trace that experience back to its source. Is there such a thing as an unseen color? Or is seeing the activity that brings color into awareness? Is there such a thing as an unheard sound? Or is hearing the activity in consciousness that manifests sound as an experience?

Take any of your senses: seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, sensing, knowing. Trace it back to its source. Everything that we call an experience is an activity of the self, manifesting as that experience through attention and intention. But when we mindfully observe the experience, trace it back to its source, color and form as seeing, seeing as an activity and witnessing awareness, and witnessing awareness as the field of all possibilities, then you have arrived home.

Who you are? Home is infinite potential. Home is infinite possibilities. Home is who you are. Home is where Everyone is Welcome into that state of infinite potentiality. When you are home, you are whole, you are holy, and you are healed.

  1. The Law of Giving and Receiving 7:21

Music: Love Is from the album LOVE by Paul Avgerinos

The universe operates through dynamic exchange. Nothing is static. Your body is in dynamic and constant exchange with the body of the universe; your mind is dynamically interacting with the mind of the cosmos; your energy is an expression of cosmic energy.

The flow of life is nothing other than the harmonious interaction of all the elements and forces that structure the field of existence. This harmonious interaction of elements and forces in your life operates as The Law of Giving and Receiving.

Giving and receiving are different aspects of the flow of energy in the universe. And in our willingness to give that which we seek, we keep the abundance of the universe circulating in our lives.

Every relationship is one of give and take. Giving creates receiving, and receiving creates giving. The more you give, the more you will receive because you will keep the abundance of the universe circulating in your life. It is your intention behind the giving and receiving that is the most important thing. The intention should always be to create happiness for the giver and receiver.

Practicing The Law of Giving and Receiving is actually very easy. If you want joy, give joy to others; if you want love, learn to give love to others. If you want prosperity, then help others to become prosperous. When you learn to give that which you seek, you activate the dance of life with an exquisite, energetic and vital movement that constitutes the eternal throb of life.

Make a commitment to keep true wealth circulating in your life by giving and receiving life’s most precious gifts: the gifts of caring, affection, appreciation and love. Each time you meet someone, silently wish them happiness, joy and laughter.

  1. Meditation on The Law of Giving and Receiving 6:29

Music: Oceans of Bliss from the album LOVE by Paul Avgerinos

Whatever it is that you want in the world, start by giving it. Today.

Now. If you want love, give love. If you want abundance, make others feel abundant. If you want success, make others successful. If you want to create wealth, think of someone and wish them unlimited wealth. Giving and receiving are two sides of the same coin. They go together. When we stop the flow of abundance in the universe, that is strangulating the affluence of the universe in your own life. Abundance and affluence are the natural flow of the universe as it seeks manifestation. Allow that flow to spontaneously express itself through you. Settle in your being and ask yourself: what can I give today?

  1. The Law of Karma 7:35

Music: Heaven and Earth from the album LOVERS by Paul Avgerinos

Additional female vocals by Aureliaslight

Every action generates a force of energy that returns to us in like kind. What we sow is what we reap. And when we choose actions that bring happiness and success to others, the fruit of our karma is happiness and success.

You and I are essentially infinite choice-makers. In every moment we are in that field of all possibilities where we have access to an infinity of choices. Some are made consciously, while many others are made unconsciously.

Whether you like it or not, everything that is happening at this moment is a result of the choices you’ve made in the past. Unfortunately, a lot of us makes choices unconsciously and therefore don’t think that they are choices – but yet, they are.

Most of us, as a result of conditioning, have repetitious and predictable responses to the stimuli in our environment. We forget that our reactions are still choices that we are making in every moment of our existence.

Today, make a commitment to witness every choice you make, bringing those choices into conscious awareness. Whenever you make a choice, always ask yourself two questions: What are the consequences of this choice that I’m making? And, will this choice bring fulfillment and happiness to me and to those affected by this choice?

Ask your heart for guidance and then listen to its response as a message of comfort or discomfort. This guidance will enable you to make spontaneously correct choices for yourself and for all those around you.

  1. Meditation on The Law of Karma 7:26

Music: Grace of OM from GRACE

by Paul Avgerinos

Additional female vocals by Aureliaslight

Any choice that you make, including drinking a cup of coffee, is a karmic episode. The word karma simply means action. Any choice that leads to action, even if it doesn’t actually lead to action, but it is a mental choice; that is called karma.

Karma generates memory. The seeds of memory become the seeds of desire and intention. Karma, memory, and desire are the software of your soul, your soul’s journey through cosmic time. When you get angry and react, or anytime you have hostility or fear, you might not realize that’s still a choice. You can witness that emotion as bodily discomfort and let it go. Stop. Take a few deep breaths. Smile, and ask yourself, what is the best response to this situation?

Instead of being reactive, respond with creativity, intuition, kindness, and awareness. This will be utilizing the law of karma to the best effect.

  1. The Law of Least Effort 7:48

Music: Serenity from GRACE

by Paul Avgerinos

Nature’s intelligence functions with effortless ease, with carefree harmony and love. And when we harness the forces of harmony, joy and love, we create success and good fortune with effortless ease. This is the principal of least action, of no resistance. When we learn this lesson from nature, we easily fulfill our desires.

If you observe nature at work, you will see that least effort is expended. Grass doesn’t try to grow, it just grows. Fish don’t try to swim, birds don’t try to fly, flowers don’t try to bloom and the earth doesn’t try to spin… They all just fulfill their intrinsic nature without any effort.

Least effort is expended when your actions are motivated by love, because nature is held together by the energy of love. When your actions are motivated by love, your energy multiplies and accumulates. And the surplus energy you gather and enjoy can be channeled to create anything you want, including unlimited wealth.

To practice The Law of Least Effort in your life, there are three principles to utilize every day: First, practice total and complete acceptance everyday. Accept people, situations, circumstances and events as they occur, not as you wish them to be. Know that this moment is as it should be, because the whole universe is as it should be. Don’t struggle against the entire universe by struggling against this moment.

Second, take responsibility for your situation and for all those events you see as problems by not blaming anyone or anything for your situation, and that includes yourself as well. Know that every problem is an opportunity and a teacher in disguise.

Lastly, practice defenselessness, relinquishing the need to defend your point of view. Remain open to all points of view and don’t be rigidly attached to any one of them. This will free you to access the infinite intelligence and wisdom of the entire universe.

  1. Meditation on The Law of Least Effort 5:59

Music: Presence from the album Mindfulness by Paul Avgerinos

Today, activate The Law of Least Effort through subtle intention and settle into being. Being requires no effort, no resistance, no regrets, no anticipation: just this moment, as it is. As it is.

Our inner turmoil is always a result of thought. Thought in turn, in most instances, is a conditioned, learned response. When you think that somebody is torturing you, your real tormentor is your own self left over from yesterday. In every relationship, the response that you get is, in one way or another, a mirror of your own ego mind identity. Every response, every situation, every circumstance, every relationship is a mirror. You can practice The Law of Least Effort also by reminding yourself of no resistance, no anticipation, no regrets: accepting this moment, just as it is.

  1. The Law of Intention and Desire 12:25

Music: Flowering of Grace from the album BLISS by Paul Avgerinos

Inherent in every intention and desire is the mechanics for its fulfillment. Intention and desire in the field of pure potentiality have infinite organizing power. And when we introduce an intention into the fertile ground of pure potentiality, we put this infinite organizing power to work for us.

Attention energizes, and intention transforms. Whatever you put your attention on will grow stronger in your life. Whatever you take your attention away from will wither, disintegrate and disappear. Intention, on the other hand, triggers transformation of energy and information. Intention organizes and creates its own fulfillment.

You can put the cosmic computer with its infinite organizing power to work for you. You can go to the ultimate ground of creation and introduce an intention, activating the field of infinite correlation.

Follow these steps:

First, slip into the gap. This means to center yourself in that silent space between thoughts, to go into the silence – that level of Being which is your essential state.

Established in that state of pure Being, release your intentions and desires, right at the junction between the gap and a thought, expecting them to bloom when the season is right. Don’t dig up the seeds of your desires to see if they are growing, or get rigidly attached to the way in which they will unfold. You simply want to release them into the fertile ground of pure potentiality.

Remain established in the awareness of your true self, your spirit. Don’t look at yourself through the eyes of the world or be influenced by the opinions and criticisms of others. Keep your desires to yourself to avoid any negative feedback, which can weaken your intentions and desires.

Let go of your attachment to the outcome. This means giving up your rigid attachment to a specific result and living in the wisdom of uncertainty. Enjoy every moment in the journey of your life.

Lastly, let the universe handle the details. Your intentions and desires, when released in the gap, have infinite organizing power. Trust that infinite power to orchestrate all the details for you. Remember that your true nature is one of spirit. Carry the consciousness of your spirit wherever you go, gently release your desires, and the universe will handle the details for you.

  1. Meditation on The Law of Intention and Desire 7:06

Music: Acceptance from the album LOVE by Paul Avgerinos

Today, activate The Law of Intention and Desire, by simply closing your eyes, putting your awareness in your heart, asking yourself, what is my deepest desire? What is my deepest desire? Allowing any sensation, image, feeling, or thought to spontaneously come to you. Established in that state of pure being, release your intentions and desires, expecting them, or knowing, that they will bloom when the season is right.

Remain established in the awareness of your true self, your spirit. Let go of your attachment to the outcome. Enjoy every moment in the journey of your life. Let the universe handle the details.

Your intentions and desires, when released in the gap, have infinite organizing power. Trust that infinite power to orchestrate all the details for you. Remember, that your true nature is one of spirit. Carry the consciousness of your spirit wherever you go. Gently release all your desires, and the universe will handle the details for you.

  1. The Law of Detachment 13:26

Music: The Clear Light from the album BLISS by Paul Avgerinos

In detachment lies the wisdom of uncertainty. In the wisdom of uncertainty lies the freedom from our past, from the known, which is the prison of past conditioning. And in our willingness to step into the unknown, the field of all possibilities, we surrender ourselves to the creative mind that orchestrates the dance of the universe.

In order to acquire anything in the physical universe, you have to relinquish your attachment to it. This doesn’t mean you give up the intention to create your desire. You give up your attachment to the result. This is a very powerful thing to do. The moment you relinquish your attachment to the result, combining one-pointed intention with detachment at the same time, you will have that which you desire. Anything you want can be acquired through detachment, because detachment is based on the unquestioning belief in the power of your true Self.
Attachment, on the other hand, is based on fear and insecurity, and the need for security is based on not knowing the true Self.

The source of wealth, abundance or of anything else in the world is the Self; it is the consciousness that knows how to fulfill every need. Everything else is a symbol: cars, houses, money, cloths, airplanes… Symbols are transitory; they come and go. Chasing symbols creates anxiety. It ends up making you feel hollow and empty on the inside, because you are exchanging your Self, for the symbols of your Self.

The Law of Detachment accelerates the whole process of evolution. When you understand this law, you don’t feel compelled to force solutions. You look at every problem in your life as an opportunity for some greater benefit. You can stay alert to opportunities by being grounded in the wisdom of uncertainty. When your preparedness meets opportunity, the solution will spontaneously appear.

What comes out of this is often called “good luck”. Good luck is nothing but preparedness and opportunity coming together. This is the perfect recipe for success, and it is based on The Law of Detachment.

Today, commit yourself to detachment. Allow yourself and those around you the freedom to just Be, without imposing any rigid ideas of how things should be. Don’t try to force solutions on problems, thereby creating new problems. Participate in everything with detached involvement.

Today, accept uncertainty as an essential part of your life experience. In your willingness to accept uncertainty, solutions will spontaneously emerge out of every problem. Through the wisdom of uncertainty, you will find true and lasting security.

Lastly, step into the field of all possibilities and anticipate the excitement and joy that will follow when you remain open to an infinity of choices, experiencing all the fun, adventure, magic and mystery of life.

  1. Meditation on The Law of Detachment 10:27

Music: At Peace from the album Mindfulness by Paul Avgerinos

Understanding The Law of Detachment is a deep knowing that you control the process and not the outcome. Pursue excellence, ignore success, and you will be utilizing The Law of Detachment to maximum effect. If you’re totally engaged in the process, the outcome will take care of itself.  Today, focus on what you’re engaged in and at the same time, be fully detached from the outcome. Be in the process, and the outcome will take care of itself.

You do not control the outcome, only the process.

  1. The Law of Dharma or Purpose in Life 10:23

Music: Grace Is from the Grammy® winning album GRACE by Paul Avgerinos

Everyone has a purpose in life, a unique gift or special talent to give to others. And when we blend this unique talent with service to others, we experience the ecstasy and exultation of our own spirit, which is the ultimate goal of all goals.

According to this law, you have a unique talent and a unique way of expressing it. And for every unique talent, there are also unique needs in the world. When these needs are matched with the creative expression of your talent, that is the spark that creates true prosperity and joy.

There are three components to The Law of Dharma:

First, each of us is here to discover our true self, that we are Spiritual beings that have taken manifestation in physical form. We’re not human beings that have occasional spiritual experiences – We are spiritual beings that have occasional human experiences.

Second, we must express our unique talents. When you’re expressing that one unique talent that you possess, this expression takes you into timeless awareness.

Lastly, we must serve humanity in some way. Constantly ask yourself: How can I help? How can I help all those that I come into contact with? When you combine the ability to express your unique talent with service to humanity, then you are aligned with The Law of Dharma.

Discover your divinity, find your unique talent, serve humanity with it, and you can generate all the wealth that you want. When your creative expressions match the needs of your fellow human beings, then wealth and joy will spontaneously flow from the unmanifest into the manifest, from the realm of the spirit to the world of form. You will begin to experience your life as a miraculous expression of divinity – Not just occasionally, but all the time. And you will know the true meaning of success – the ecstasy and exultation of your own spirit.

Put The Law of Dharma into effect by making these commitments:

Lovingly nurture the god or goddess in embryo that lies deep within your soul. Pay attention to the spirit within you that animates both your body and mind. Awaken to the deep stillness within your heart. Carry the consciousness of timeless, eternal Being in the midst of time-bound experience.

Make a list of your unique talents and a list of all the things you love to do while expressing those talents.

Ask yourself daily, how can I serve? How can I help? The answers to these questions will allow you to help and serve your fellow human beings with love, and enable you to fulfill your Dharma and purpose in life.

  1. Meditation on The Law of Dharma 5:25

Music: Clear from the album Mindfulness by Paul Avgerinos

Today, activate The Law of Dharma. Ask yourself, If I had all the money in the world and all the time in the world, how would I express my unique talents and who would benefit?

Simply asking this question and settling into being will activate The Law of Dharma.

Today, I will judge nothing that occurs, and non-judgment will help me to know myself as the silent observer.

Today, I will offer the gift of attention, appreciation, affection and acceptance wherever I go.

Today, I will be conscious of the choices I make.

Today, I will offer no resistance, experience no regrets, no anticipation: just enjoy this moment as it is.

Today, I will know that my intentions have infinite organizing power.

Today, I will be passionately engaged, and detached at the same time.

Today, I will focus on my higher calling and my purpose in the universe.

  1. Mindfulness Meditation 14:29

Music: Clarity from the album Mindfulness by Paul Avgerinos

Here is a short guide on how to be mindfully aware. The first principle to recognize is that the awareness of a thought is not a thought: that the awareness of a perceptual experience, whatever that may be, sound, sensation, color, form, is not that form, is not that perception. The awareness of any experience is not the experience. Awareness is the fundamental ground in which all experience occurs, all experience is known, and the deep realization that all experience is a modified form of awareness.

When you think of a thought: think of your mother right now or the house you live in, and immediately, awareness modifies itself into that thought. Feel an emotion. Feel the love that you experience for another person by just bringing that person into your awareness. The feeling that is evoked is a modified form of awareness. Every color, every sound, every form, every appearance, every sensation, every feeling, every image is a modified form of awareness. To be aware of any experience is to be mindful.

With that, now, please close your eyes. Simply ask yourself, am I aware? Simply ask yourself, am I aware? Now, feel the presence of being. Experience the presence of presence.

Now, bring your awareness into your heart and mentally ask the question, what do I want? Allowing any sensation, any image, any feeling, any thought to spontaneously arise and subside. Sensations, images, feelings, thoughts: they are modified forms of your own self, of your own awareness. Once again, allow any sensation, image, feeling or thought to spontaneously arise and subside as you mentally ask the question, what do I want? Let go.

Now, mentally ask the question, what is my purpose? Allowing any sensation, image, feeling or thought to come to you. What is my purpose? A few times, mentally, what is my purpose?

Now, ask the question, what am I grateful for? Once again, allowing any sensation, image, feeling or thought to spontaneously come to you. What am I grateful for? Gratitude opens the door to abundance consciousness.

Now, let’s go deep into the heart of our own existence. Mentally ask yourself, who am I? Who am I? Mentally ask yourself, am I this body?

Trust your inner knowing. Are you the body, or are you the awareness in which the body is a changing experience? Mentally ask yourself, am I the mind? My thoughts and emotions? Or am I the awareness in which thoughts and emotions are a changing experience?

Am I my ego identity or am I the awareness in which the ego identity is a shifting, evolving personality? Trust your inner knowingness. Whatever answers you get are appropriate for you now. Now, detach from all these thoughts, all these questions, and settle into the silence of your inner-most being.

  1. Conclusion to The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success 10:14

Music: Peaceful Contentment from the Grammy® nominated album BHAKTI

by Paul Avgerinos – additional bass by Kabir Sehgal

The universal mind choreographs everything that is happening in billions of galaxies with elegant precision and unfaltering intelligence. Its intelligence is ultimate and supreme, and it permeates every fiber of existence: from the smallest to the largest, from the atom to the cosmos. Everything that is alive is an expression of this intelligence. And this intelligence operates through The Seven Spiritual Laws.

These laws are powerful principles that will enable you to attain self mastery. If you focus your attention on these laws and practice the steps I have outlined, you will see that you can manifest anything that you want – all the affluence, money and success that you desire. You will also see that your life becomes more joyful and abundant in every way, for these laws are also the spiritual laws of life that make living worthwhile.

We are travelers on a cosmic journey – stardust, swirling and dancing in the eddies and whirlpools of infinity. Life is eternal. But the expressions of life are ephemeral, momentary and transient.

We have stopped for a moment to encounter each other, to meet, to love, to share. This is a precious moment, but it is transient. It is a little parenthesis in eternity. If we share with caring, lightheartedness and love, we will create abundance and joy for each other. And then this moment will have been worthwhile.
