Strings for Peace

On this groundbreaking release, multiple Grammy winner, guitarist Sharon Isbin explores the richness of North Indian classical music with Amjad Ali Khan, representing the sixth generation of a family of sarod masters. Khan has also been guru to his two amazingly talented sons, Amaan Ali Bangash and Ayaan Ali Bangash also featured on this recording. Recorded in New York following a successful joint 2019 tour in India, Strings for Peace features four Khan compositions based on four popular ragas specifically written and arranged for Sharon Isbin
